The distinctive water feature project at Zihan Lake is located approximately 5 kilometers south of the Lusong District in Zhuzhou City, within the Zihan Lake Hot Spring Resort area. Nestled in low hills and lush vegetation, the picturesque landscape offers a serene and naturally beautiful environment. The project, managed by Zhuzhou Nature Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., involves the construction of a pond landscape spanning 230 square meters. The installation utilized Taurus adjustable paver pedestals, elevating stone materials by 30cm. Given the client's high load-bearing requirements, we recommended the TA-R series adjustable pedestals for paving, boasting an adjustment range of 190-310mm and a load-bearing capacity ranging from 1200kg to 2500kg, perfectly meeting both height and load-bearing specifications.
As it was the client's first experience with pedestals, we provided comprehensive support throughout the project, offering step-by-step solutions for usage and installation. The operation of these pedestals is straightforward—adjustment to the desired height is achieved by simply rotating the threaded mechanism upwards for elevation or downwards for lowering. Once the optimal height is achieved, the fixing ring is tightened in the reverse direction to secure the pedestal in place. Assembled pedestals are then positioned in suitable locations based on the size of the stone materials. Any required placement of pipes or cables can be accommodated in the remaining spaces, ensuring a clean and tidy surface once the stones are laid.
When addressing edge placement, if there is designated space along the water's edge for stone placement, the bottom edge of the pedestals can be snugly positioned against the pool's edge. In cases where no space is reserved for stone placement, a portion of the bottom edge of the pedestals can be cut to allow the head to fit closely against the pool's edge.
The introduction of the Taurus TA-R series adjustable paving pedestals has provided a reliable support and elevation solution for the distinctive water feature project at Zihan Lake.
